BUILDING IN FAITH...
St, Andrew Catholic School, an educational ministry of St. Andrew Parish, exists to integrate the teachings and values of the Roman Catholic Church into a superior educational environment. The school serves pre-kindergarten through eighth grade students from St. Andrew and St. Katharine Drexel Parishes as well as surrounding parishes. The school is open to families of other faiths who accept its philosophy and mission.

St. Andrew Catholic School, found on the educational philosophy of the Sinsinawa Dominican Sisters, strives to educate the whole child (intellectually, physically, spiritually, morally and socially,) encouraging collaboration within a caring and respectful community. Two emphases of the school are community service and stewardship of God's creation.

The administration and faculty of St. Andrew Catholic School use challenging and diverse strategies to promote excellence in education and encourage maximum personal effort to develop each child's talents and interests.
About Us
Saint Andrew Catholic School was founded in 1989 by the Sinsinawa Dominican Sisters and is grounded in the gospel vision of truth and justice.
The Dominican tradition of academic excellence is the foundation for the philosophy of education at Saint Andrew. Fr. Timothy Murphy was the founding pastor and recognized the need for a Catholic elementary school where children could receive instruction in the Catholic faith. In 1989, the school opened serving Grades K through 3, and each subsequent year a new grade level was added.
The Saint Andrew faculty is comprised of enthusiastic teachers and support staff who work to inspire and develop the whole child, academically, spiritually, socially and emotionally. Our mission of “building in faith, hearts, and minds” is ever present. Outside the classroom, this is accomplished through various clubs and activities like:
